Galaxy S25 FE 256GB - White - Unlocked

I'm very impressed with the Galaxy S25 FE. I couldn't afford a new one but, this refurbished premium product is very very impressive. The only downside, I was sent the incorrect colour. I received an icy blue instead of dark blue. I doesn't matter as I have it in a protective case. Thank you.

It is in premium condition , working fine , battery seems to be good although I believe that it takes awhile for the phone to recognise usage and then the battery lasts longer . I bought the phone from you that you took as a trade in , my brother bought a refurbished phone from you ( he is happy ) and we are very satisfied that you are trustworthy ! ( Had a bad experience with High St shop who sold me a grey import , won't name them but they are all over the UK and 3 letters beginning with C. I described the trade in honestly and was very pleased that you honoured the offered value . Keep being honest and trustworthy and your reputation will remain high .

the Samsung S25 FE was only 128 gb and not the 256gb as ordered, the condition was as discribed and the delivery was good. We reached a satifactory agreement with an adjustment to the price. I sent my Samsung A53 5 back to them to receive a price we agreed.

Arrived well packaged. Looked in mint condition and ran checks - all came up correct. Using phone is great - works as should and even tested ESIM as well as physical. Nice suprise with the One UI 8.5 as thought I had latest of 8 on old phone... Sure good and bad with the 8.5 update but, that is OS and NOTHING to do with BackMarket to be clear! Tested a lot of settings although not all but, phone works seemingly as should. I saved money at good price and 12 month warranty. Bought myself an armoured case to put it in - seperate purchase - and works well. Runs all my apps and used the smart switch to transfer old phone data settings etc. over to this one. Overall Im happy customer with phone, price and BackMarket :) Would use again and would recomend for UK. They are legit :)

What can I say, my second purchase from Back Market and yet again a seamless and smooth transaction. The S25 FE that I brought was like new, as was my last phone. A mate of mine told me about BM a few years ago and boy am I glad he did, as I am not only saving the planet, but I am saving the money floating out if my wallet, ta boot. Thank you to everyone involved in the recycling of used tech IT IS THE WAY FORWARD!!

Had a couple of issues with the phone which was a different colour to the one I originally ordered but Backmarket were very helpful and we resolved the matter very quickly and easily and they offered me a good price for my old phone. The phone is great. Clearly a premium phone as I wanted. It's just done a tour of New Zealand with me and the photos are brilliant - the photographer not so much - but I am very pleased with it. I will use Backmarket again in the future.
