First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. I got my phone yesterday as though it was brand new. was initially sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone but i decided to give it a try and am impressed with what i got. I was very unsure about a refurbished phone but it has been eye opening. The phone is almost as new. I have not found any scratches or marks on the case. Battery life is good as well. I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. The refurbished S22 Ultra phone that I bought come promptly after I placed the order, and the phone came in the condition as if it was brand new out the box. I was more than happy with this purchase, as it has saved me hundreds of pounds and had I bought a new one on contract I'd still be paying for it 2 to 3 years down the line! It's far cheaper getting a refurbished phone than buying new. It's also better for the environment. I bought a S22 ultra in excellent condition. It came 2 days later and there wasn't a mark on it.
