was a bit hesitant because it was way cheap and refurbished but I didn't have a reason do doubt this. it works absolutely perfectly, no problems at all. the "visible" scratches aren't even visible at all. I will keep buying from here.

Very happy with the way my order was dealt with. No problems whatsoever. I love the phone and must say I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it looked like new. No marks or scratches on it. I would happily recommend BackMarket, and buying refurbished instead of new means that in some small way we are helping to save the planet.

I didn't want to pay the rediculas price of a new phone as they only cost around £30 to produce. I feel that its a total rip off. so I've decided to by refurbished phone. I don't need the latest model. I purchased a Samsung s22 in good condition and im chuffed to bits with the phone. not a mark on it and it looks like new. It came well packaged. really happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next phone again from Back Market.

I was very skeptical as this was the first time I bought had bought a reconditioned phone. But I was happy to be proved there was bought to worry about. The phone arrived looking perfect and has been working great. My old phone was totally frozen and their website explain how to clear all the memory and cloud stuff, which helped me. Would definitely use Black Market again in the future.

Refurbished phone arrived quickly and is in good condition. I sent my old phone the next day to be traded in and was kept up to date with the progress. Fine except at the same time I was getting emails to remind me to send them the phone. I began to wonder if I would be paid for the trade in. I was but something not right there.
