I am very happy with the phone. The delivery was early, the phone looks great and had no issues swapping and using my existing sim card in the new phone. I was able to transfer everything over from my old phone to new very easily.

The whole process was super simple. I bought a phone in perfect condition and have not had any issues at all. I have had refurbished phones in the past from less reputable sites and the phone is either not as advertised or has issues but my experience from BackMarket ghas been very different; my new phone is perfect.

Bought a Galaxy S20 FE from BackMarket in the summer and it was in fantastic condition...so pleased with it. Brought it out to Africa and within 3 months it had been dropped and destroyed. Quickly got online and ordered another from BackMarket. Thankfully it arrived with friends in only a few days and they were able to bring it out to me. Yet again, excellent service and a fabulous phone in pristine condition. Will never buy new for as long as you are selling such great quality reconditioned phones. Samsung S20 FE - The phone itself is immaculate. Perfect condition, not a single blemish on the screen, decent battery life and works superbly. The only small moan, I suppose, it that I got a code via email and another when I downloaded the app and both were rejected. BUT ..... the price was so reasonable, it didn't really matter.

The device was an Xmas gift for my mother-in-law from her husband. When un boxed, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was extremely well packaged with protective film over front/back of device. Upon full reveal, the device looked 'brand new' (no visible marks both front/back). Upon setting it up for her on boxing day, the device successfully did full transfer from old device. So far, she is extremely pleased with her new phone.
