The recommendation of the case and the film immediately after I added the mobile phone to the shopping basket was very practical. The delivery was very fast. There were no instructions for the film this time, but that has been done quite often. And the cover does what it is supposed to do, the only thing I don't quite like is that I personally find it very difficult to operate the buttons on the edge.

As usual, I am very satisfied with Back Market and its products. It would be even better if you offered other types of case, for example one with protection for the camera lenses (I'm always afraid of breaking them :/) + also if you could offer to fit the tempered glass directly before sending the phone. Another small point would be to be able to send everything in one parcel. I had two different parcels sent for the phone and the case, which is a shame #ecofriendly But I'm very satisfied with the case and the 2 tempered glasses that I got. The phone was supplied with a case identical to the one I was advised to buy as an add-on, and what's more, it doesn't fit as well as the one that came with the phone.

It arrived at least 4 days before the estimated date. The only downside is that I would have liked the deliveryman to ring or call me as I am staying at a hotel and don't have the keys to the letterbox. I received the shell and screen protector before the phone, delivery of which is handled by Chronopost. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, so I waited for nothing until the next day when it was due to arrive. Chronopost = 😠💩👎👎👎.

Hull installed without difficulty, phone well protected. The protective glass was installed without incident.
