    I will never buy direct from Apple again! After leaving my iPhone 15 on top of my partners car, it took a trip around the city and came back hanging by a thread.     Easy to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one, if a little slow - took over 2 hours over wifi. Then there's the tedious process of logging in again to most of the apps, but everything up and running after 24 hours.
