100% satisfied with my new S24+, I went from an S20+ refurb to this one and it's worth every single penny! Delivery time was very good, tracking it was good as well pretty accurate. The phone speaks for itself, feels like brand new out the box would never know it's refurbished. I will be using Back Market again in a few years when I need a replacement 10/10
