I ordered the iPhone 13 in the "fair" rating and its fantastic! I've bought refurbished iPhones from other places in the past and what really impressed me was the fact the battery health is much higher than I was expecting. No damage to the screen and just a few scrapes on the sides, and it came within 48 hours of ordering.

I’m very impressed and happy with my Fair condition refurbished iPhone 13. It’s in top condition and was a chinch to setup having auto transferred all stuff etc from my previous iPhone 11 just by close proximity between phones.

I have been using my refurbished iPhone 13 (Good Condition, 128GB) for about a week and a half now - so far, so good! It came with 88% battery health and is perfectly functional. I will continue shopping at Back Market in the future.

Phone ordered in excellent condition and it is. Works great. Tested everything and everything is fine. Didn’t order a new battery but battery was 100% health anyway. Really pleased. I’ve always ordered refurbished phones and will continue to do so.

I wasn’t sure about buying refurbished phone as it sounded like ‘used phone’ . But price was so attractive and a friend who has bought phone from Back Market recommended buying from I here. Firstly, my ‘new’ iPhone arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order - using standard delivery. 👏 Secondly, I bought a ‘good’ condition iPhone, but can’t find a mark on it. 👏 Battery capacity is an acceptable 88% The phone was completely wiped, my data transferred easily & the refurbished iPhone so far works flawlessly.
