Galaxy A32 5G 64GB - Blue - Unlocked

first purchase of mobile on the site and was not sure what to expect. I was not disappointed!! First of all delivery was prompt with great tracking. Ordered my samsung A32 in excellent condition and when it arrived i was delighted. Phone did not have a single mark on it and might aswell have been brand new.. Will certainly be ordering again when needed!!

Very happy with Back Market and their suppliers. This was our second purchase both dispatched promptly by either Royal Mail Track 24 or 48 so reliable delivery and tracking. Also condition as described and both better than expected. Only problem was this was supposed to be Dual SIM (software says has two IMEI numbers) but the actual phone had the single SIM carrier installed (The downloaded manually clearly shows the difference). Not a serious problem as my wife's earlier phone was also Dual so when overseas (we buy a local PAYG SIM for data & local calls) will work fine for us.

The phone came in pristine condition. I was easily able to transfer everything from my from my old SG 20 to it. The only challenge I had was finding a sturdy case for it. Even though the cases I got said they were good for the A32 5G they both had problems. One was too small and the other fit after a struggle but the the USB charging cable hole did not align with the cable and the glass protection glass is 1/2" too short.

First time user of Back Market and I'd recommend it as an option. The phone was for my son who'd broken his iPhoneSE 2020 (again) at uni and I just couldn't justify spending so much on a new Apple handset that might only last 12 months. We decided to switch to Samsung as they were more reasonably priced and seem more robust. We'd bought his brother a similar phone elsewhere previously, so this looked a good option. Opted for the 'Good' condition and it looked brand new. So far, very happy. Battery charges to 100%, video and sound quality on calls seem sharper. After initial complaints, my son is warming to the Android OS and seems very happy. We didn't buy any accessories so can't assess that. I'd definitely use BackMarket when it's time to upgrade my own phone.

Delighted with my Samsung Galaxy A32. I opted for Very Good condition, but it appears brand new. USB charging lead which is fine and fit for purpose, and the camera is great. Great first time experience with ordering and delivery. Faultless!
