the website is easy to use and the delivery was quick. The phone seems to be working really well. The charger itsn't reliable but I have so many other chargers already this really doesn't matter. I am happy to be re-using old tech.

The product I bought is fine as described and working fine. The delivery was the let down. OK ordered on a Saturday but paid £5 for speedy delivery. Tuesday I thought was achievable. But there was an attempt to deliver Wednesday but not it so taken away. Had to rearrange for Thursday and collect from post office. Maby more delivery information or a better tracking system may improve the situation

I bought this phone Galaxy A20e for my daughter, she is really happy with it. It look new and no traces of scratches, more especially it work very well.

My mum brought this for my gran. My mum said ‘The shipping was really fast and I like how she can have a free 1 year warranty.’ My gran said ‘It was easy to get used to, the storage is better than the one on my old phone. I’ve left it for a while to fully be able to judge. I only wish that it had came with the plug as it was hard for me to be able to get hold of one since I don’t drive’

very very poor phone arrived ahead of time then down hill phone still has last companies details on it belonged previously to a NHS company unable to clear and my son most upset service so poor and will be wanting a refund won't use again could not even talk to them on phone impossible
