Brought Surface Pro for daughters’ schoolwork, never going back to buying new again, It came in good time, it’s in excellent condition, and battery last 8 hours first time (and I was initialising, upgraded to Win11, installing 365, and other apps). 1x issue – PSU was dead, reported, and Back market send a new one asap, issues happen like this, great service to resolve.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Control and Awful Customer Service I ordered a Surface Pro 7 listed as being in "good condition" from Back Market, but what I received was heavily scratched, marked, and clearly worn — nowhere near the condition advertised. I returned it for a refund and decided to give them a second chance by ordering a Surface Pro 7 Plus in "excellent condition." That one also turned up with visible marks, and the keyboard didn’t even work. To make matters worse, the customer service has been appalling. There was no real help or accountability, and when I tried to make a formal complaint, I was basically told to just “buy from another seller.” That’s not a solution — it’s an excuse. It’s clear that no proper quality checks are being carried out by their sellers. Products are sent out in poor condition, completely unchecked and misrepresented. Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be using Back Market again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting basic quality and service.

Hello, The product is as described. However, it would have been correct to clean it before sending it (screen + keyboard). In addition, the ad did not mention the white marks on the main screen. This does not affect operation, but it does detract from the quality of the product. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. Best regards,

the pen was missing on delivery, I don't know if it will be delivered afterwards or not because I sent the surface back the next day because it has dead pixels on the screen and not a few of them. otherwise everything worked. Condition was okay. The surface can look however it wants, the only thing that matters to me is that it works and that includes the screen!

as far as customer service is concerned, it is very efficient backmarket, it is a pity that the product arrived with the magnetic keyboard not working and some dead pixels on the screen
