This laptop may be in good condition aesthetically but other than that it's terrible! It wasn't factory reset and still had previous owners details. It also does t work properly. It's got so many technical issues it's clear this product is NOT refurbished, let one professionally refurbished. I've been trying for the last hour to organise a return and refund but even that isn't made easy. I had a previous successful purchase from back market but this time was a flop and disappointment. Once manage to return this laptop, I will re-order and give it another go. But back market really need to make the return process and contacting staff that can help, easier. Hopefully this return won't take much longer to sort as I'm already running late for other.responsibilities
