    I’ve never bought anything refurbished as I didn’t trust them and was apprehensive about spending £500-£800 of my student loan on a laptop. However, the laptop arrived very quickly and it is in pristine condition. I opted for the “Fair” conditioned laptop expecting some scratches or dents but there is not a single mark on it. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this website to anyone.

    I recently ordered my apple MacBook Pro and must say the process of buying and receiving was such an easy process. It came within 3 days and everything I was expecting it to be. Although, for some reason I was expecting it come in its original packaging but just came in the delivery box in some bubble wrap; this isn't an awful thing but that's probably a common misconception that you might have when buying. However, the condition of the Mac is perfect other than one little scratch on the back but that doesn't bother me, it feels good as new and works as good as new. I've only had it one day so I'll need to see how it wears over time, but so far so good!

    Overall everything was very simple to do in terms of placing my order and we got the laptop faster than expected which was great. The MacBook itself was in good condition but about a week later the charger for the MacBook broke and we had to buy a replacement which was quite disappointing. Aside from the charger everything else was wonder

    Advertised as “excellent” or “very good”. Either way, it came with dirt, a few scuffs and a scratch on the back. Hardware seems to be just fine except for the fact that I’m 7gb short of what was advertised. Would not recommend this seller, although the laptop itself seems to be running fine so far.

    I ordered a MacBook 13.3 inch (2019) in 'good' condition. The laptop I was sent had charging issues, and then stopped turning on, so I returned it. I was told it would be fixed and returned. The laptop I received back, also did not work, so I returned it AGAIN. I have now been sent a THIRD laptop which is apparently a replacement. First of all it was sent to the wrong address. When I received it, it wouldn't turn on, so I suspect it is the same laptop not a replacement. The whole process has taken several month, and been a huge waste of time, and I still don't have a laptop that works.
