I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

I ordered a Late 2021 MacBook Pro 16" M1 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in Excellent Condition. The process was quick and easy, very smooth with quick and friendly communications with BackMarket, as I wanted to delay delivery by a few days to ensure I was home. The package arrived on the arranged date at the agreed time, with the laptop securely triple boxed with tons of padding, so in great shape. After opening the Russian Doll of two outer strong cardboard boxes, I found the original Retail Apple Box for the MacBook (with Matching Serial Numbers) and all contents present and still shrink wrapped except for the MacBook itself. Even that still had all the original Apple protectives on, and as far as I can see it was brand new and completely unmarked. A check of the MacOS battery data later showed just one (1) battery charge cycle and 100% capacity. I can't rate Back Market highly enough if you are looking for a MacBook Pro at less than half the price of current retail. Completely satisfied with the purchase and have been highly recommending Back Market to friends and colleagues.
