I was very happy with my purchase, however I was surprised that Pages and Numbers were not installed, so had to install it myself, with the help of an Apple telephone advisor. Also, I presume this is a US laptop as it does not have a pound sign on the keyboard! Apart from those points I am happy with my purchase.

This is the second purchase I have made through back market. I am grateful that I found them!! A very professional company and very smooth ordering and receiving process. My MacBook was in way way better condition than I thought it would be, definitely could have passed for “excellent”. It works very well and the most important thing is that it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new one. I like the ease of just picking the condition and product you want and don’t have to go through every single company that does refurbished products, back market kinda do that bit for you. I usually look at reviews myself before I buy things so hopefully this helps someone. Not a thing I would fault so far :)

There are quite deep scratches on each of the 4 corners. They look like the item has been dropped at least 4 times quite heavily and show evidence of the use of a metal file to try and flatten out the deep scratches on two of the case corners. The underside of the case has many scratches-obviously a very careless owner! But the mac itself is functioning perfectly well. Perhaps I need to buy a protective cover now ?!

MacBook turned up promptly and in good condition. The keyboard was configured for France or mainland Europe and so was the power supply but after those initial challenges the device came up and works great.

I'm really happy with my purchase on Back Market. At the beginning, I was a bit scared of buying from them, but I'm so happy that I got my first computer with them. My MacBook Pro arrived well-packed, as if it were new! Thanks, Back Market!

Could not be happier. I went for the 'good' option, the middle one, but for the life of me, I can't work out how the 'excellent' option would be better. I see no faults or signs of use at all on my machine. Well worth the money
