    Some of the computer keys are configured wrong..for example if I press ‘@‘ button I get ‘“‘ . Can this be fixed or at minimum can I receive some kind of refund.

    The laptop had problems with the USB port, a lot of games and peripheral connection problems, and the microSD card reader was not working. So I sent it back The seller should be reminded that a device bought on this site is supposed to be reconditioned, otherwise you might as well buy from a second-hand site, which will be cheaper for the same result.
