They made me kept the original one till I received the replacement before returning it. Great costumer service. The replacement is like new. Thank you back market.

As a first phone for my son, this has made a really big difference to what he could have. We wanted to stick with Apple as the parental controls are linked to our own phones and, price-wise, this is the only way we could go. The phone is spotless and has 95% battery life. Perfect for my son!

Actually in really good condition, better than I expected. The handset works perfectly. The perfect first smartphone for my 12-year old son. Phone is great no complaints, surprisingly good condition for a fair rated phone - small pop up regarding the battery but I’d rather have a tested new “unofficial” battery than the existing depleted original one all day. Fairly sure any repairer gets this pop up unless it’s apple anyway! Even came with a charger which shouldn’t be surprising but was a great add Really really great as far as first impressions go!
