4.9/5Condition was as expected. The phone was in near enough brand new condition, zero scuffs, marks or signs of dust in any of the ports. All parts were genuine as expected with zero issues whatsoever! As a side note the device I received was an 'As Is' unit which are usually phones returned within the 30 day return period, and is why these Premium condition phones are flawless in state, but these phones are not eligible for AppleCare, so if that matters to you then it would be something to consider.

I ordered an iPhone 17 in "Premium" condition as a gift for my wife, and the service was spectacular from start to finish. The delivery speed was outstanding. It was shipped immediately via DPD and arrived on my doorstep the very next working day, complete with an accurate one-hour delivery slot tracking link. The physical condition of the phone is absolutely immaculate. I inspected the screen and outer chassis under bright light and it looks completely as new, without a single micro-scratch or blemish anywhere (for clarity in the attached photos the phone has been fitted with a Spigen screen protector and a heavy duty protective case BUT the screen was flawless before fitting it). The biggest win, however, was checking the internal diagnostics: the battery health sits at a perfect 100% maximum capacity and the cycle count confirmed the battery had never even been charged before arrival. It is effectively a brand-new, factory-original phone at a fantastic refurbished price point. After a nightmare experience with a different independent retailer, Back Market has been a breath of fresh air. Only thing I had to do was change its location from USA to UK but that was no issue, it was just in device settings (just meant all my auto fill options were USA choices for phone number etc, just factory settings, easy fix) phone is perfect, as described. I actually can’t believe it was so pristine. I always ended up getting a new contract phone when I wanted an upgrade but my partner suggested Backmarket to try. I was very hesitant going for a refurbished phone as it’s not what I’m used to. But not only is the phone perfect, just like brand new, I was able to trade in my previous IPhone 14 Pro. I was given an offer, and expected it to pay out a good bit less as it seemed to too good to be true. But no, got the offer accepted and it just meant technically the price of my phone was incredible. It was very easy to trade in. And I love my new phone.
