I have been wanting the iPhone 15 Plus for ages and now I finally have one. I purchased the condition as Excellent and it most definitely is, not a scratch or mark on it and the battery is great too. It runs smoothly and transferred all my data very quickly over from my old iPhone. Delivery was speedy too. Please do protect it though and purchase a case, a screen and camera protector. Said condition "good". What arrived was basically a brand new iPhone. There isn't a mark on it. It's immaculate. What an excellent condition iPhone looks like I have no idea. Couldn't be happier with it and the battery life is brilliant. Didn't realise it came with a brand new charging cable either. That's a nice touch. Glad I opted for the case and the screen protectors too hopefully keep it gleaming!

Brought for my daughter birthday. She wanted an upgrade from her iPhone 13 so was very pleased with this phone. I’m also very pleased with the condition. It’s basically need. Will definitely look at purchasing again. Highly recommended going for premium condition

Initially there were problems with the screen flickering,( despite requesting a good model). However the team at Back Market were super quick and supportive and got me a replacement within a day when I said I was having problems. The process to return the duff model was made a bit harder by needing to print my own label and order confirmation ( no ink in printer!!!) but I got it sorted in time and had confirmation from the team when I sent over photos of the return version.
