I’m Happy with the phone. However, when u charged it a couple of times the phone became really hot. Other than that, the phone works as normal but I can definitely tell it’s been refurbished, even though I ordered premium.

Very pleased with the phone. it was in immaculate condition and ready to set up with no setbacks. An important feature in today's world is value for money and this phone was certainly priced to please, especially when refurbished as new.

First time ordering a refurbished iPhone and backmarket seemed to offer the best price. My iPhone 12 was getting a bit laggy so wanted something newer with a larger screen. I was a bit apprehensive at first as selected ‘ good’ condition but phone arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase and will consider this website if I need anything else in the future.

I had my doubts about buying a pre-owned mobile phone as there are always mixed reviews (and mixed expectations), however, I took the plunge and ordered a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus and couldn't be happier. The phone itself is in mint condition and the only thing that meant it couldn't be sold as pristine was the 85% battery life. As this is my first iPhone, I've no idea what 85% battery life means in terms of durability & longevity, but it seems reasonable for a phone that's a couple of years old. Delivery was reasonably quick and payment via Klarna means I can spread the cost over a couple of months. I also got a reasonably good trade in for my Samsung Galaxy A54; at the value that was indicated beforehand. Altogether a great outcome all round.

i got iPhone 14 plus in purple in good condition the phone is okay fully functioning with 86% battery health the only issue is the screen which was replaced has a green tint to it instead of the regular tint and sometimes the prints remain and fade slowly
