Very satisfied with this refurbished iPad. This is my first time buying refurbished, so I made sure to research both Back Market and the seller. It can seem daunting at first as the more research you do, the more mixed messages it can bring. But ultimately I went with the purchase as the website seemed legit. I had selected a "Good" condition product and when it came, the screen was in very good condition, some very minor scratches but hardly visible to the eye. And I have had no internal or software issues so far. The only thing I will say is I have noticed the battery drains only slightly faster, which depending on how much or what you use the tablet for can be a problem, but it also charges fairly normally. Moral to the story, can feel like a dice roll with whether to buy refurbished or not but Back Market so far have seemed reliable, sent me the invoice, sent me speedy emails and notifications. On the sellers part, they delivered a well refurbished product. Would strongly advice to buy the case at the same time to make sure you dont get any further scratches.

As always with apple products the set up was tedious, complicated and arcane. Just as well I only needed simple functions. The iPad looks good and does what I wanted smoothly and seamlessly (well as much as can be expected from an apple product!)

is absolutely beautiful!!! i got good, 256 in space grey and its an absolute beauty. battery life is just as new, drains sliiiightly quicker but im not too concermed about that. only one visible dent and honestly it doenst matter becuase its going to get covered by a case. super super happy with my purchase, thank you back market!!

Not the first time buyer on backmarket. This time bought ipad pro. It came in a simple box but well packed. Not original charger cable and plug. Ipad had to be fair condition but i am happy with it. Some scratches but doesn’t interfere with using it. Just bought not sure about battery life and how it works but with previous orders had no issues.

Very quick and efficient. My iPad Pro was listed as in good condition but to me is in very good condition and is working as if new.
