I was looking for this product on ebay and found that I could purchase it at a similar price from Backmarket with a 12 month guarantee.So far I am very pleased with the purchase as I have the reassurance that I can get back to somebody if something goes wrong which I couldn’t have done on ebay particularly when paying £400 +

Incredible, would highly recommend. Even though it’s an older model it’s absolutely perfect for my needs as a musician trying to replace sheet music. Great value for money.

Item came in “Fair” condition and was described as “Good” condition. There were scratches on the screen and also it has a yellow tint that doesn’t go away even if you change the settings. I will be asking for an exchange or full refund. Back Market customer support seems to be willing to help and they have ok communication (messages take up to 24 hrs which means you are losing days).

Slight delay with postage but very attentive customer service to make sure it came as quickly as possible. Marked as delivered several days after it was delivered. Packaged well. Item in great condition. Overall very good service.
