iPad Air 11" (2026) 8th gen 128 GB - Wi-Fi - Purple

It was time for our iPads to be upgraded as we were constantly running out of data space. I came across the Back Market website and decided to look for refurbished replacement iPads for both of us. The range of available IPads was excellent and I selected 2 x iPad Air 7 2026 M4 items. I realised that those featured on the site are individual offerings and if you want them, you don’t hang about. You make up your mind quickly before someone else buys it as I found out when one of my choices was no longer available. However, there were still a lot of suitable alternative iPads to go for and I soon had both of my requirements ordered and paid for. That was early evening on a Thursday. Delivery of both iPads, coming from different ‘Back Market refurbishers / sellers’, arrived within 48 hours on the following Saturday morning, via different couriers but both in identical, suitably protective packaging. Inside, both were in their original Apple iPad boxes with charging cable and Apple info and both were in, ‘excellent”, as new, immaculate condition. Perfect service…. Perfect quality…. Perfect pricing. What’s not to like!

miss advertised as a ipad air 13 inch 2026 model, but instead received a ipad air 2024 13 inch model, contacted help about th incorrect model and got offered 3 choices after about 24 hours. 1 send the ipad back for the correct model if available if not get full refund. 2 take a 10% refund on the purchase price. 3 sent the ipad back for full fefund and a promotional 5% discount. the online chat wasn't great got left with no reponse after initial contact but the following day got a email from support saying they were looking into it,

Absolutely spot on , bought for my daughters birthday, looks and works like brand new I’ve used back market numerous times for phones and gadgets , never had a problem to date !

Very poor £15 offer on my trade in. I originally bought it from Back Market and my IPad was in perfect order. You have conned an 82yr old lady by offering £200 trade in against a £735.99 ! Never again!
