    Fantastic! I ordered the MBA at 4pm and it arrived by 5pm the next day. There’s a couple of small scratches and marks as expected for the “good” condition but barely noticeable. Battery is at 100% too which is a massive surprise. Thanks!

    I was a little nervous purchasing an iPad labelled in ‘fair’ condition, the lowest ranking, but it was the device I needed at an excellent price. I needn’t have worried. It arrived very quickly. There were no obvious makes on the back & just the smallest shallow scratch on the screen which I could barely see. When I’m using the iPad, I can’t see it at all & never notice it. The iPad pro works like a dream. It feels like a new one. I use it extensively as I work in illustrative design & it holds up well under daily usage & with all the apps I need. I’m looking forward to the day battery life increases generally for electronic devices but appreciate iPads are powerful & naturally use up energy. The battery generally gets me through a full day’s work & the times it needs charging are good for taking time away from the screen. I’m so glad I found Back Market. I couldn’t have afforded a new iPad Pro with 512GB, 2024 model. I saved around £700 buying refurbished & feel I have the same quality as if I’d bought it new. The one year guarantee Back Market gives on their refurbished products gave me peace of mind. This, along with their excellent reviews & prices were what convinced me as a first time purchaser from them. I looked at some similar companies, but none gave me the same confidence. I’m so glad I chose to buy from Back Market & would say, from my experience, that customers can have good confidence when purchasing from them. I haven’t needed to use their customer service so can’t comment on this, but their email communications to confirm my order & delivery updates were clear & helpful. I am a very satisfied customer!

    I was skeptical at first especiallywith the good rating, and thought that it wasn't legit or the product was not good in terms of quality, but I was impressed with what I got. The laptop was in amazing condition, barely any scratches but of course signs of use but I can't complain, everything was absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommended BackMarket to anyone looking for any refurbished MacBooks, really am happy with my decision.

    I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it). Thank you Back Market.

    Given the condition is supposed to be "fair" – the least refurbished – I have no idea what the others are like as it looks brand new! The laptop arrived very prompty on Sunday after being ordered on Friday evening. It's very quick and works perfectly. The keyboard is an American one just to note.

    The workstation is good, looks brand new amazing design. To be honest I will buy again from back market if I need something similar or even better. Though it came with windows 11, I had to install some drivers because it wasn’t waking up when in sleep mode. After downloading and installing the drivers everything was back to normal.

    My first ever Mac, I’ve had it for a fortnight and though an iPhone user for many years, wasn’t sure how I’d adapt to the transition. So far the best laptop I’ve purchased. Feels like an investment actually. Though the packaging felt street corner deal-ish, the device actually feels and looks in ‘Excellent’ condition, not just good. Delivery was super swift - literally next day delivery, which was sooner than expected. Expectations most certainly surpassed.
