    I'm so pleased! My refurbished MacBook Air 15-inch (2023) - Apple M2 8-core and 10-core GPU - 8GB RAM - SSD 256GB arrived in its original box with Serial No. looking absolutely pristine, as though it was brand new. I found it hard to imagine anyone had ever used it. There's not a mark on it. Once fired up, it was easy to set up, and easy for it to hook up with my iPhone 17 and slightly older, smaller MacBook Air. This was money well spent. When my discount code didn't work, BackMarket issued me my discount anyway. Next time I need anything tech, and particularly anything Apple, I'll check to find availability on BackMarket first! Very happy customer. Thank you.

    Ordered a M2 MacBook Pro 32GB of RAM in fair condition. The laptop arrived and other than two tiny little marks on the outside of the chassis there is no visible wear and tear on the laptop at all. All the buttons feel great. There are no visible marks on the screen with the screen on or off. The trackpad and the wrist rest areas of the pad are also completely unscathed. Health and I have done multiple 12 plus hour days of work on one single charger battery with no problems. Another extremely satisfying deal from backmarket. Thank you very much!

    Fantastic! I ordered the MBA at 4pm and it arrived by 5pm the next day. There’s a couple of small scratches and marks as expected for the “good” condition but barely noticeable. Battery is at 100% too which is a massive surprise. Thanks!

    I was anxious going with “good” and not “pristine”, but honestly when the Mac, it was hard to not believe it wasn’t brand new. One tiny scratch on top of Mac, but the rest is as new. Booted up incredibly fast and even came with 90%+ battery health!

    The plus is really the sweet spot, it's perfect for artists. Small enough to carry around but big enough to not feel cramped when drawing. It came in the original box with the pen. The tablet itself is hardly used, no scratches at all.

    Great. Very good service thank you. With thanks to my grandson and son, I am up and running, getting use to the size. It replaced my samson laptop, which I wasn't using, so have sold that. So now have 3 samson tabs. The oldest s53, which I am using at the moment. So that needs to go. Do you buy old ones for reconditioning .     The iPad was in amazing condition. I bought it in Good condition but it was in fact excellent! Definitely a bargain I got. There were no scratches on the screen and body the battery was near enough new with only 15 charge cycles and it still had the Apple Limited Warranty on it. I am very pleased with the purchase.

    I was a little nervous purchasing an iPad labelled in ‘fair’ condition, the lowest ranking, but it was the device I needed at an excellent price. I needn’t have worried. It arrived very quickly. There were no obvious makes on the back & just the smallest shallow scratch on the screen which I could barely see. When I’m using the iPad, I can’t see it at all & never notice it. The iPad pro works like a dream. It feels like a new one. I use it extensively as I work in illustrative design & it holds up well under daily usage & with all the apps I need. I’m looking forward to the day battery life increases generally for electronic devices but appreciate iPads are powerful & naturally use up energy. The battery generally gets me through a full day’s work & the times it needs charging are good for taking time away from the screen. I’m so glad I found Back Market. I couldn’t have afforded a new iPad Pro with 512GB, 2024 model. I saved around £700 buying refurbished & feel I have the same quality as if I’d bought it new. The one year guarantee Back Market gives on their refurbished products gave me peace of mind. This, along with their excellent reviews & prices were what convinced me as a first time purchaser from them. I looked at some similar companies, but none gave me the same confidence. I’m so glad I chose to buy from Back Market & would say, from my experience, that customers can have good confidence when purchasing from them.
