Absolutely amazing service. The iPad I received is like new. not even one scratch. Worth every penny and what a saving!

I haven’t received full return. It says everywhere FREE RETURNS. I’m being charged £17 for “return label fees” and no it wasn’t mentioned before - the return label was free, I had to walk to post office to return it. There was no mention about this whatsoever, then suddenly only part of my money is send back with a note “return label fees”. You state and advertise free returns and everything is so great, I can check the item and send it back it’s ‘so easy, hassle free and at no cost’, and then you just steal my money. And oh “professional refurbishers”? Oh please I tried a phone and ipad from here and both were not even cleaned with grease and dirt around the lenses, disgusting. What is refurbished about this? The screens that have million terrible scratches on them? This “market” is just a dumpster of used electronics, definitely not refurbished. Very convenient, because in every other place you can see real photos of the used product but here you see only stock photos of a new device, and every time you’re buying a pig in a poke. Oh and I’m being totally ghosted because there isn’t any way to contact “actual humans” which they claim to have somewhere on a “live chat” which is all...

I bought fair (condition) and the device's condition was better than I expected. You can only see a couple of small dents and scratches on the screen when the iPad is turned off. The reason why this got a 3-star rating is because when I opened the sim port, a Sky sim was still in it! Makes you question the type of reconditioning of the product before reselling it onwards…
