Service was great and in very good condition and working order. The only issue was that the power lead wires were loose and showing. I had a spare but maybe it is something that could have been avoided. Picture attached.

High quality refurbished HP laptop at excellent price. So far laptop seems robust, works at good speed, sharp screen. However, not sure it was properly set up on delivery. I had to reset the laptop in order to create a pin, which took a while, having set up Outlook etc then finding myself locked out. However, once that was done, everything worked very well.

I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to for BackMarket and the laptop I bought. The sales process was extremely easy, i found the laptop that was right for me and was able to order in a few minutes. The price is highly competitive. The laptop condition is as described. The set up and installation was straight forward and the laptop is is excellent working condition. I would thoroughly recommend.

The laptop is in great cosmetic condition - it's a good spec for a great price, and it feels durable enough that it should last for a good few yests. While the laptop was in great cosmetic condition, the keyboard was below the standard I was expecting given the "excellent" condition tag, with two keys having been replaced fairly poorly. While I don't mind the keys looking different, the replaced keys also have dead zones on them, making touch-typing difficult. While I did reach out to BackMarket support, they explained that the only possible resolution was for me to send the laptop back to them for repair, which would likely have taken several days for what, ultimately, is a repair job which would have cost some £20-30.

The device arrived on time and in good condition. However, 5 days ago the screen went blank with some vertical lines on it...only 1 week after I started using it. The laptop has not been dropped and has not left my home. I have contacted customer services and still, 5 days later, I have no feedback except that "...The seller raised concerns about the warranty, so we’ve contacted the relevant team and are awaiting their response, this is likely causing the current delay." My question is why there is a question regarding warranty for a product I have just purchased? I only purchased this item on 19th December 2025. I collected it on 29th December and the screen fault occurred on 4th January. I'm sincerely sad and disappointed.
