very good device, quick to search and above all in very good condition, not a single micro-scratch.

There were a few minor glitches after purchase due to incorrect specifications on the device, but the vendor partner and Back Market customer service reacted effectively to resolve the situation. My experience of the purchase was positive, as the device works optimally and fully meets my expectations. What's more, the after-sales customer service team was very attentive, which added to my overall satisfaction.

I received the item with screws wandering around in the PC + full of dust and the cover not closed properly, I don't find this very professional on the part of the seller. Despite this, the PC works well.

Dear Sir or Madam I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my order. I received the HP ProDesk 400 G5 8500 SFF Core i5 3.0Ghz (not the same processor not the same reference) and neither bluetooth nor wifi which should have been integrated but not as the description announced. Noted in very good condition but far from it with very marked wear on the front. Inside the PC there is dust on the motherboard and ventirad, so it hasn't been checked or cleaned. Being in a hurry, I was obliged to use this PC.
