    The laptop is supposed to be excellent quality. I did not expect it be dirty. A small piece of rubber on the base has fallen off, and there are a lot of marks and scratches (should not affect use). I do not want the hassle of a return as I need a laptop now, but I am disappointed as I would not say this is excellent quality.
