Had to get a replacement phone for the one I broke. Found Back Market and ordered exactly the same phone , refurbished. I've since realised it's a upgraded one to the phone I had. Came wrapped safely , great condition, and arrived only a couple of days since I ordered it. Very happy and would recommend this company .

TL;DR: Very happy, phone as described on website, no unexpected issues Having previously owned a Pixel 6 Pro, I knew what to expect from the phone itself. What I didn't expect, was the genuinely good quality of the phone, that was exactly as described, if anything maybe slightly better. The only issue that I have, is that I am a *very heavy* phone user, and while the battery is good enough, it is showing as having around 10% of battery capacity loss compared to new, but this was expected, as the battery hadn't been replaced, and was mentioned on the listing. At some point, I will likely replace the battery in the phone, which will definitely extend its life even further. I will definitely be a returning customer to BackMarket, and will be recommending the site and service to friends and family who are looking for a budget, eco-friendly option when it comes to tech.

I used Back Market to buy someone a MacBook Pro and it looked fabulous, almost new. When I dropped my 9 month old iPhone 15 Plus down a drain, I didn't have the money to spend another £1,000 there and then to buy a new iPhone. Bought this and the camera is better than the 15 Plus by miles, and it's speedier, for £800 less than my iPhone I lost. That might be more of a Pixel thing than it is about refurbished products, but my point is you can have something great for a cheap price. a 3 year downgrade isn't as bad as you think, and you're also helping the planet too I guess. Be smart and buy refurbished.

Very pleased so far with the Pixel 6 Pro. I had to look for imperfections. The company which prepared the item seems to have done a really good job.
