I was very sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone but in all honesty I am shocked at the pristine condition the phone is in! I opted for the iPhone 14 pro as a Christmas gift for my daughter, in excellent condition with no new battery and there isn’t 1 mark, scratch or scuff on it! It wasn’t in it’s original box but did have a charging cable and battery health is at 87%. It is half of the price brand new and to look at, it looks like it is new! Extremely pleased with it and will be purchasing again.

I wanted to upgrade my old phone without breaking the bank. This has all the usability of a brand new iPhone 14 Pro but refurbished. The battery percentage was lower than expected but it still lasts as long as you would expect. Would highly recommend!

I bought the premium refurbished iphone 14 pro and I would say you couldn’t tell it from brand new. The screen, body and battery were/felt brand new. Well worth spending the extra! The phone was also shipped quickly, and the whole service with backmarket in general is great. I really recommend using backmarket to buy quality refurbished products :)

My iPhone 14 pro came totally clean and with no scratches at all both on the screen and the body, at good condition! Battery health was at 90% and everything has been working since I got it a few weeks ago. Very worth it, would recommend to others as except for battery health there's no difference between new and refurbished.

I was honestly a bit sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone...but I needn't have been!! The whole process was easy & efficient. Delivered on time & the packaging was very good. The phone itself was exactly as described if not better. Battery is good, no scuffs or marks. So far the phone is working perfectly & I have a very happy daughter who's over the moon with her iPhone 14 Pro

The phone I purchased has been absolutely incredible I have no complaints about it, the only part of this process that has been negative is the trade-in process. According to the refurbisher bandi-coot my old phone is still connected to my iCloud account I have sent them proof that it isn’t as I fully wiped the phone and removed it from the find my part of my apple account, I have received nothing in response and they only have until the 31st of December to complete the process, I do not know what will happen if they cannot complete it and it has ruined the experience for me.
