Patches of missing pixels on the screen Large scuff marks and scratches on the screen and a Get Help web process that's designed to frustrate and basically not work, but not until you've entered all the details. Condition was described as Fair. Fair to who, is it fair I have to stare at missing pixel blobs? If an LED screen has 1 missing pixel, it's the only pixel you will see from that moment on. Is that fair? Tried emailing, but basically no way to contact them. All addresses fail. All links on website fail to send. Will not use Back Market again, there's no way to know what crap they will send.
