The item was delivered quickly, which was great. However, the battery on the tab was completely dead and the charger provided was awful. I had to use my own charger to charge the tablet up to 1%, after which the tab switched on. It would be helpful if there is already some charge on the tablet. Secondly, it is slightly laggy. However, for a refurbished tab, this may be expected.
