Phones sound and is in very good condition, as it was described. My only disappointment was that the charger supplied was a bit pants, I've only had it 2 weeks and it's failed to charge. Wouldn't have usually been an issue but I was flying home and all my boarding cards, covid certificates and PLF etc were on my phone so was a pain in the a$$.

Terrible! Took a chance at buying a refurbished phone to fine the battery terrible and the home and navigation buttons malfunctioning. When I returned (including pictures as requested) they said, they can't issue me with a refund because there's a crack in the phone. When I asked them to refer to the images I sent which showed no crack they said, they had lost the pictures! Do not use this company.
