Nice enough laptop, condition pushing it for an excellent grade. Windows install was not clean, though I reinstalled right away anyway.

First time of getting a refurbished product and the battery is knackered, draining even when it's not on. We've done all the steps they say to preserve battery life but it's barely lasting an hour for basic stuff. Totally disappointed that I now have to mess about returning the item, waiting for a refund, and now have to get a new laptop. Will never buy a refurbished electrical item again.
