    So far all seems to be going well, I’m 76 and tech is something old fossils like me don’t understand at once and we need time, I’ve purchased and installed 3,6,5 office, managed to sort out a new email account, can’t use this one because I can’t remember my google account password and the old phone that I used as backup number is no more, but we are getting there and yes the speed and graphics are 1000 times better than my old HP, got to set up printer next

    The laptop is in the cindition described and so far is running well with no issues. Back market are kind of a broker so products come from different suppliers. I ordered the laptop but the seller had sold tge specific one. They communicated well, spurced another and the price was the same. Took an additional day to get it sorted but it was hassle free and I am pleased with how it was handled.

    Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Condition was as new. Had initial problems installing updates, particularly newest version of Win11. This was due to the TPM module being disabled in BIOS. Once enabled all worked well, however this could have caused a big difficulty for a customer with no knowledge of BIOS settings and Win 11 requirements.
