      It was a disappointing experience. it took the seller long time to deliver but the delivery was still within the time frame. Just that one thing I know backmarket for is that they deliver swiftly fast within 2 days. This one almost took a week. what was shipped to me is a wrong configuration. instead of 512 ssd storage, I was given 256gb ssd. I have already lodged the complaint and your customer care has sorted it out. I am returning it. thank you. Emmanuel

      Laptop was advertised as having 16GB RAM. The one supplied had only 4GB. Previous reviews aslo complained of this issue. Back market should investigate this supplier, this is fraudulent.

      Good as new. It works perfectly for both games and content creation. Only downside: it heats up very quickly (but I suppose that's to be expected given what I'm asking of it). I had a problem with the delivery which was my fault and the BackMarket team were very responsive. Summary; I would recommend both this PC and this site.
