    I've just had my data transferred to this reconditioned laptop. I'm very happy with it so far, though my technician had to change it from American to standard English! It's fast and has a clear, & good-sized screen.

    My Laptop arrived in immaculate condition, there was absolutely no signs of wear, it looks brand new. All i needed to do was connect to my wifi and within minutes I was ready to go..I have purchased numerous items from Black Market and every time I have been delighted with my devices.     Delivery was on time as promised. Laptop securely wrapped. It was useful that it arrived with a charged battery so it was literally good to go when out of the box. I'm very pleased with the condition and cleanliness. My only issue was a complete screen freeze that was only rectified by shutting down using the start up button. It's something I will keep an eye on as I realise it may well have been a software issue. I would definitely buy from Back Market again. Not only did it save me a fortune, it did a little bit for the environment.

    Was well worth the money especially with the discount I used. Was in need of a transportable simple laptop for uni and I'm usually very uncomfortable making ecpensive purchases but only a few days after receiving it did all that guit go away when I saw how convenient and useful it was. It even helped me find my phone when I lost it in a city I dont know very well. If I didn't have this laptop with me I wouldnt've have had access to my Google account and my phone would have been lost. 10/10 has made back the money I spent on it easily 💙

    Laptop is exactly as described, in 'fair' condition, works perfectly. Will be ideal for the grandchildren to use for playing their games and developing IT and transferable skills for later educational benefits. The power adaptor supplied was, however in a worse condition, covered in paint and held together with insulating tape, but I have replaced that now.

    The delivery took a bit longer than I’d expected (a week) but the laptop is amazing and worth the wait! It looks brand new with just a faint scratch on the lid but that’s it! The spec is fantastic and much cheaper than buying it elsewhere. Totally recommend BackMarket.

    This is my 2nd Laptop from from Back Market, and we've also had some recon phones. The prices are super reasonable and the delivery time suits us fine. This company are really supporting the ethics of repurposing electrical items . The laptop is great and functions very well, with a barely noticeble signs of use.
