Super condition

I bought my Solo Beats Pro headphones in December 2022. We are now in January 2024, and after only 1 year and 1 month of use, the headphones no longer connect to my phone, and now don't turn on at all. It is in perfect cosmetic condition and has not suffered any knocks or bumps. After talking to customer service (from the seller or backmarket, we don't know who we're dealing with) I was told that "this is a technical problem that has occurred. We are therefore unable to take responsibility for your device. So I paid 194 euros a year and a month ago for a product that was supposed to be in "very good condition", which arrived still called "Solo beats pro de Carnalito", the name of the previous owner, and which now no longer works. I very much regret my purchase, and for the same price I should have bought a new one from the manufacturer, which would have enforced the two-year warranty. Backmarket doesn't even bother to apply the law on the legal guarantee of conformity, which is two years "for the purchase of all new goods, but also second-hand and reconditioned goods." I think it's disingenuous that, because it's up to the buyer to prove the lack of conformity in the second yea...

I think the battery is not quite perfect, but that's something I expected.
