Phone is in perfect condition and works fine except that SIM is locked to some unknown network contrary to what's advertised on your website.This is being really frustrating and annoyng as repair options are not fisible with the pace of life. Backmarket should have a fisical shop where unhappy costumers could just walk in and get sorted out with repairs, refunds or exchanges!

After a while deliberating took the plunge and ordered my xz2. Right from the start communication from BM was excellent whilst awaiting delivery and afterwards a thoroughly pleasant experience. The product itself is awesome was described as "very Good" but in truth this phone looks and feels BRAND NEW its fantastic, set up in no time and up and running I've had now for couple of weeks and no issues at all. this was my first purchase from BM and I recommend to all.
