Bought the phone in excellent condition arrived without having the data from the old owner deleted, in the original box (usually they give one of their boxes). The charger they provided was not new nor original and the phone would t charge with it and with other charger would not charge past 11% in 5 hours. It is the second time I have issues with a product bought from here last time it was an Iphone 14 pro max that lost 7% battery health in 3 months and they said it is usual for a phone to do that which is not as I took great care of charging it. Which is false as some iphones lose that amount in 1.5-2 years

Livraison rapide et téléphone vraiment au top, en parfaite état rien à redire je suis contente de mon achat. C'est la première fois que j'achète un téléphone reconditionné et franchement je ne regrette pas

non avevo mai acquistato uno smartphone ricondizionato e devo dire che mi sono ricreduta... back market ottimo negozio con prezzi davvero vantaggiosi .. servizio clienti ottimo

Je suis ravie, c'est il me semble le troisièmes achats que j'ai fait chez back market et toujours aussi contente. Le téléphone est arrivé avant la date estimé, en bonne état et tout le système fonctionné parfaitement. Merci à l'équipe pour son efficacité.

Téléphone arrivé dans les temps. J'ai attendu un peu avant d'écrire un avis concret histoire de pouvoir prendre la main dessus et bien le tester. La batterie part vite mais c'est largement gérable ! Très bon téléphone, parfois quelques plantages d'android mais rien de bien méchant.

Téléphone fonctionnel, comme neuf. Batterie qui se décharge assez vite au début de la journée mais tient quand même du matin au soir et même plus si peu utilisé. Pas de chargeur fourni, juste le fil, peu compatible avec mon ancien chargeur donc charge très longue et téléphone qui a tendance à "se déconnecter" du chargeur. Très satisfaite de cet achat

El móvil lo compré para mi madre, que no es una usuaria avanzada. Yo que tengo más uso con la tecnología, veo que es un terminal que funciona muy bien. Vamos lo pediría para mi también, va super fluido, tiene una muy buena cámara y tiene una ram aceptable y unas prestaciones buenas para el precio que tiene. Muy buen reacondiconado equipo Back Market =)
