The phone came in a better than I expected condition, it was practically brand new. Except for the charger than that I was not happy about I love the purchase. Delivery was faster than stated too. I would definitely recommend.

Bought the phone in excellent condition arrived without having the data from the old owner deleted, in the original box (usually they give one of their boxes). The charger they provided was not new nor original and the phone would t charge with it and with other charger would not charge past 11% in 5 hours. It is the second time I have issues with a product bought from here last time it was an Iphone 14 pro max that lost 7% battery health in 3 months and they said it is usual for a phone to do that which is not as I took great care of charging it. Which is false as some iphones lose that amount in 1.5-2 years

I write this review with only a superficial analysis of the product, the camera seems to work perfectly and the phone software too, I ordered it in good condition and it arrived in excellent condition, it does not seem to be reconditioned, very happy!

Hello I put "average" (for now). I received the refurbished xiaomi redmi note 11 on Tuesday, ordered a few days ago. I'm not sure what to say about the delivery time and the delivery. BUT... 1/ I ordered on a French site (you!), and I realize that this phone supposed to be better for the planet because not new comes from Spain ... 2/ the fact that it comes from Spain gives me an invoice (pro!) without VAT ... 3/ the phone looks great, but the touchscreen functionality leaves something to be desired: after testing, and then transferring data from my tired samsung to this almost new device, it started to be recalcitrant: graphic to unlock the screen inoperative (blocking, I found a second solution, until the moment when this solution will also screw up ?), dot problem that systematically sets when I touch the space bar, bug when using. I'm not sure if it's the lower half of the screen. The order for the Xiaomi Redmi 11 128 GB arrived yesterday 06/09/2024, very well packaged. The phone does not work properly, the keyboard is defective, when you type an "a" it marks a "z", it is difficult to slide down, it takes several times. I returned it to the sender by DHL at a relay point on 07/09/2024.
