no problems everything ok thanks much more ethical to buy recon than new at the rate in which new models are being released what is happening to all those previous models? its scary

I've had the phone set up for a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier, it arrived in pristine condition and works like a dream. I don't think I'll ever buy a brand new phone again.

The phone I received is the Redmi Note 10 5G and not the Redmi Note 10Pro as advertised. The 5G is a tiny bit smaller with terrible camera. No option to explain or return other than wiping the only phone I've got and sending it back after days of getting all my Apps, username and passwords back. Terrible.

Order placed and received very quickly (2 days). The parcel was very well packed. The phone was bought in very good condition and is very clean. No problems with the first few uses and the battery (reconditioned) seems to be holding up well. Very happy with my purchase!

I've bought a refurbished phone for the first time and I'm really not disappointed with the quality of my phone. I received it quickly and in excellent condition, just like new. One small issue is that the fingerprint reader is a bit complicated because it only takes the edge of the finger. I'm still struggling. In short, nothing to say except that I've been tempted by three other items that I've just bought. Another unpleasant point, delivery depending on the company can be a misery.
