Well things did not start too well at all. A week after placing the order I had still not received my phone. I used the tracking number to find from the courier they had a package number however, the did not have an actual package to deliver. I got in touch with the supplier through Back Market and from then on we were back on track. I was contacted by both the seller and Back Market with apologies, the supplier telling me they were all over it, within a couple of days I had my phone and a £10 refund as a sign of good will. I am very pleased with the phone itself, it is as good as new, from what I can tell. Sometimes things do not happen as we would like, it is in these instances that we need to react with calmness and courtesy, I am happy to say both Back Market and the supplier achieved this in dealing with my transaction.
