Arrived very quickly. I pad as described perfect condition and all ready to get set up. Only downside was all the apple I cloud accounts for the pad had been used up. It was sorted by apple to get an account but unable to store in the cloud until feb next year year when they said more space would be freed up. Other than that extremely happy. Would not hesitate to buy my next reconditioned item from you

The product is working well now. However, despite following the instructions, I initially had multiple air bubbles underneath the screen protector which I had to spend time removing by pushing them out with a bank card. You can remove dust and dirt from the device’s screen before applying but dust still gets onto the sticky side of the protector just before you apply it.
