Earphones arrived non-functional. One of the ear pieces wouldn't stop clicking and saying 'power', obviously broken. Have requested them to be fixed or replaced, hopefully I will get working earphones soon.

I would love to write a positive review as I believe in reusing things to reduce our impact on the planet. However, out of two purchases I had two bad experiences. The first one was a monitor that had extremely low quality and lighting. The BM team was extremely supportive in providing me with a new one I still use nowadays. However, I am having another bad experience after buying a pair of earbuds. The left earbud dies after 2/3 minutes after being fully charged leaving me with a right-only earbud experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I wish for BM to improve the way they check the items they sell because this is not working. Now, I need to send the earbuds back and wait for a refund even risking to not get back the full amount I paid. Even if I get back my full amount, I am still waisting time doing the box, going to the post office and so on to end up with no earbuds at all. Sadly disappointed

Came with a crack down the left earbud. Won't enter pairing mode, so wont appear on bluetooth. Completely useless. Might as well be earplugs not earbuds.
