I was more than happy with these EP-T21S buds quite a good quality sound however there was no way i could adjust them to get more bass that is my only gripe , very secure and comfy too i just wanted some bass from me they get a 7/10.

Delivery was very quick. Took only 2days. It’s in perfect condition and I’ve only started using it but it seems like it works very well. I honestly have no complaints. It’s a very good earbuds pro and looks like an original Samsung.

I got my product quickly and in truly an excellent condition. Unfortunately it came later than the window to purchase a cover policy for it and I ended up running out of time and without coverage now. I would given awesome ratings but this cover thing should be more flexible I think, maybe to wait until it actually reaches the customer so they can make sure that they are not paying for coverage for a product what they need to return or maybe never arrives.

My first experience buying from Back Market has honestly been excellent, though on a couple of instances the ear buds have stopped unexpectedly straight after a full charge and I've had to charge them back up to reconnect. Hopefully a minor and isolated glitch

Excellen service from Backmarket I bought these AirPods for my daughter for Xmas as her dog had eaten her original ones. I have no complaints about the quality which was definitely as new but did realise they would have cost only a few quid more brand new. I’m comforting myself with the fact it’s better to recycle than keep buying new stuff.
