Refurbished MacBook Pro 2016

I am delighted with my purchase. The MacBook came in excellent condition, just as described. Well packed with accompanying accessories (Charger). I had to wait a month to rate this order and it’s been sunshine so far. However the cable that came with the MacBook was not compatible, and it wasn’t charging when it arrived. £20 investment on a new cable and it’s been happy ever after. I bought a similar MacBook from another refurbisher on BackMarket and I had to return it, however this refurbisher renewed my faith in Back Market, Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent service. I’ll never buy a new Macbook again after receiving my refurbished one from Back Market. It’s in excellent condition as described. Only just got it but so far, Back Market get 10/10 from me.

Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Highly recommend

I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you. It’s a good laptop, I was very weary buying a refurbished one at first but it’s good quality, I’ve had it for two weeks and not too bad so far, the only fault I have with it is that when I’m full screen on Netflix or YouTube it has a pretty glitchy screen, it’s not too noticeable and I can tune it out but I honestly can’t be bothered to wait a week or more to get that part repaired, otherwise everything is perfect and I would still definitely recommend it to a friend

I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected

I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

The MacBook Pro 13" arrived and looked great - but unfortunately the space bar didn't work. The customer support team were really helpful and arranged my return for repair. Somehow, the laptop get returned back to me without repair which was disappointing, but I was offered a full refund and again the return was arranged for me. I received updates via chat so I knew what was happening along the way, so the communication was excellent. due to this, I had no concerns about purchasing a replacement laptop from the site, which has arrived and works perfectly.
