Great bit of kit. Thanks so much. As new. Only thing that could have been slightly beater was the packaging. Could have done with more padding/bubble or the like. Got away with it this time. Other than that - the tech is first class! Many thanks

Terrible customer service, laptop came with a cheap faulty charger that was a serious fire risk, got a second charger sent out and it was exactly the same. The chargers got so hot that you couldn't even touch it. Supposedly according to Backmarket they are compatible chargers.... clearly not as when i then spent £100 on a genuine apple charger there was no issue. Oh and the best part.... they offered me a £25.00 refund to purchase another charger well... you can't even buy a charger on Backmarket for less than £40.00. But apparently that was my problem and not theirs. would not recommend!

Item has arrived and the screen was damaged, way beyond the fair condition. Received a replacement in the wrong colour and locked to someone else’s iCloud. BackMarket very helpful, however best to research the sellers before making any purchases

I didn’t receive my order despite saying delivered. Only realising there’s no contact for customer support, just mails and have to wait 24hrs for response.
