This is the third time I have chosen to buy from Back Market. Each time has been so easy to be able to define what my need were then be shown what they have that suits my needs. It’s an excellent system. I am 70 years old, and have been very impressed how easy this site is to work with. Only on one occasion did I have to speak to the seller as the computer could not run a program I needed the computer to run. They tried their hardest to try and sort out the problem but were unable to, and promptly refunded my money so I could go and buy the one I needed. They also gave me the detail of the specific computer I needed, even though they did not have one in stock. I have full confidence in this company, and have recommended them to all my family, who after viewing the site will be using them on next purchases of products they need. I would recommend to anyone to try this site before going anywhere else, it has saved me hundreds of pounds money, and hours of stress buying from an unknown person or company.

Item arrived very quickly which was great and packaged properly. It was in excellent condition which is what made me order this one. I did have trouble connecting it to the Internet during set up which required some troubleshooting but once I sorted that the machine has been working great

There is a small dent in the screen on the lower left hand side. I hope it does not spread. Aside that all is ok for now though the exact laptop i ordered is not what i got but rather its upgrade. It would have been a 5 start if not the screen dent.

i ordered that in excellent condition and i got my laptop is 100% new ,no scratches nothing, i can literally smell like new wiring and all stuff so I'm very happy with back market and the seller thank you so much 😊

Paid for excellent condition, but I suspect I received Good to Fair. Comes with stickers over the keyboard and the front of the laptop which look good but I wonder what they are hiding. From what I can see there are scratches and minor dents, and the alcantara looks like it's been peeled off and stuck back on again. No stains or damage that are in the way of anything. The laptop also gets warm relatively easily, which might be a problem in the long run. I've given 4/5 as for my needs it works fine and arrived well packaged. But I mention the problems for those who might have more of an issue with them.

I'm not going to complain, because for one, it works well. My only complaint is just a few visible scratches and a minor damage at the back of the laptop. Besides that, budget wise, this is a great choice.

I was unsure initially as all sounded too good to be true! Lots of rave reviews and 24hr insured delivery! However I too the plunge and less than 24hrs the surface pro was delivered in excellent condition and fully charged. I’ll definitely buy from these guys again without a second thought. Bought to replace an elderly asus laptop which disintegrated. Laptop is used for homeschooling so basic browsing and word/excel use-nothing too taxing. Didn’t want to spend on a new laptop when latest features are pretty redundant for what we need. This laptop does the job well and is a big improvement on our last one. Marked as excellent condition and would say it does look almost new. Some online reviews said it wouldn’t do Hanes like Roblox but confirm it does. All in all very happy. Arrived speedily and well packaged. Would we recommend
