Happy with the laptop so far; it's in great condition and seems to be running really well. Overall experience with Back Market has been positive. Only issue is that in the technical specifications it claims that the keyboard is backlit - unfortunately that is not accurate, it's just a regular unlit keyboard.

No sooner have I disconnected it from the mains, I am receiving a message telling me that the battery is low. My other issues relates to how much I paid. I used BackMarket as I assumed that I would be paying less than elsewhere however I found this laptop 'new' on Amazon for the same price. Now with the battery issue, I wish that I had purchased the item new.
