3.8/5It was as advertised, came quickly, the box doesn't come with a pin to open the SIM slot, I wish they included that. Haven't figured out the battery health yet but the phone never had a great battery life from new anyway. When I take a selfie I get the prompt "Your front lens may need cleaning" so there may be a slight issue with that.

3/5The phone developed the well-known problems of the dead pixel/green line on the screen & the face-unlock stopping working after less than 5 months. Backmarket are refusing to honour the warranty as they claim it's due to me damaging the screen, even though there is not a single sign of any damage. They said the dead pixel & green line are proof that I damaged the screen, despite the fact that a quick search will return numerous tech articles about this issue. I provided evidence that this is a known common problem with Pixel AMOLED screens but they're not interested.

2.1/5First phone ("Good" condition) supplied with appalling battery health - 59%. Sent back and then returned to me with 81%. Ok so it's *just* above the battery guarantee but it's usable life is measured in weeks and it's already a weak point of the Pixel 4. Expected more and wouldn't recommend.
